- Coalition dedicated to promoting a wellness model of maternity care. Look for various informational resources.

- Excellent consumer information on a wide range of topics to help families know their options.
- Henci Goer
- Henci is an expert on evidence-based maternity care. This website has excellent articles on various topics related to birth.
- International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN)
- ICAN is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesarean births through education, providing support for cesarean recovery and promoting vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).
- Realbirth: Childbirth Education and Postpartum Support
- Comprehensive childbirth education and support center located in Chelsea. Founded and operated by former Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center staff.

- Website providing access to research-based information, resources, continuing education, and support for vaginal birth after cesareans (VBAC).

- Excellent resource for both natural and medical techniques to help turn breech babies prior to the onset of labor.

- Ellen Chuse
- Ellen does pregnancy, birth and postpartum counseling in New York City. She runs various postpartum support groups throughout the city and at Realbirth and she conducts a cesarean birth healing circle several times a year.
